If you’re active or getting back into the swing of things this one’s for you! Client remains fully clothed. Stretching and Range of Motion performed to help elongate and lengthen the muscle or muscle group.

Using firm pressure and slower strokes to massage deep layers of the muscle and fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles.

Booking:

Have 2-3 dates and times you’re interested in when calling or texting to schedule. *Please no extra people at time of appointment. **Professional services only!

Deposit:

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required for All Appointments. Deposit goes towards the service provided, with one reschedule allowed with a 24 hour notice. Any “no shows” will not be able to reschedule.

Appointment Time:

Arrival is 10 mins prior to scheduled time to complete intake form and set up. *** Running Late, please be sure to Communicate. Late 10 mins or more without communication the appointment will be canceled without rescheduling.
